Details the various enforcement actions that the insurance commissioner can take against a healthcare collaborative. The commissioner can take action if the collaborative is unable to provide services in accordance with its mission or if it is engaged in various forms of anticompetitive behavior. Allows the attorney general to step in to regulate anticompetitive practices in healthcare collaboratives, independent of the insurance commissioner’s findings and authority.
