To the extent permitted by federal law, the commission in consultation and collaboration with the appropriate advisory committees related to Medicaid shall make available to the public on the commission’s Internet website in an easy-to-read format data relating to the quality of health care received by Medicaid recipients and the health outcome of those recipients.
