Requires that a health insurer furnish payment and fee schedules to providers when contracting or renewing an existing contract. Providers may not share the payment and fee schedules with unrelated persons without the consent of the insurance carrier and the carrier is permitted to seek injunctive relief to prevent the disclosure.
