GENERIC PRESCRIPTION DRUG PRICES: Protects consumers and purchasers from excessive increases in generic prescription drug prices, requires a drug manufacture to use a price increase notification form when there is an increase in the wholesale acquisition cost of a generic drug by a 100% at any one time or in the aggregate in any twelve-month period. Requires the prescription drug program to review the price increase and determine if it is excessive.
