Modifies provisions relating to short-term major medical policies. Provides that cost-sharing must be the same for services provided through telehealth as if the same services were provided in-person. Insurers shall reimburse providers for diagnosis, consultation, or treatment of an insured individual if services delivered through telehealth would be covered when provided in person. Coverage cannot be denied solely on the basis of delivery through telemedicine.
