SB 397 directs the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to reimburse a contracted provider for the diagnosis, consultation or treatment of a patient delivered through telemedicine services on the
same basis and at least at the rate of reimbursement of other services. The measure also directs the Authority to seek federal approval as needed to implement the provisions of this measure.
