AN ACT RELATING TO INSURANCE — ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS INSURANCE POLICIES: Prohibits insurance companies from varying the premium rates charged for a health coverage plan based on the gender of the individual policy holder, enrollee, subscriber, or member.
