An Act To Create The South Mississippi Regional Health Care Authority Act Of 2022; Expresses a policy to allow the regional health care authority to consolidate with other health care facilities and providers and to engage in collaborative activities consistent with its health care purposes, notwithstanding that those consolidations and collaborations may have the effect of displacing competition in the provision of hospital or other health care related services.
