An Act To Amend Section 73-21-73, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define The Terms “biological Product” And “interchangeable Biological Product” And Revise The Definition Of The Term “product Selection” For The Purposes Of The Pharmacy Practice Act; To Amend Section 73-21-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Product Selection Of Interchangeable Biological Products By Pharmacists In The Same Manner As Product Selection Of Generic Drug Equivalents; To Require Pharmacists To Make Certain Electronically Accessible Records Of Biological Products Dispensed By Them And Convey That Information To The Prescribers Of Those Products; To Amend Section 73-21-119, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That The Labels For Biological Products And Interchangeable Biological Products Contain Certain Information
