PERMITTING THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM OF NEW HAMPSHIRE AND THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM OF NEW HAMPSHIRE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STATE HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN: This bill permits the university system of New Hampshire and the community college system of New Hampshire to participate in the state group health insurance plan under certain circumstances.
