Defines telehealth and telemedicine. Expands services all physicians and physician assistants may provide via telemedicine. Does not allow a physician (or physician assistant) to establish a relationship with a patient unless the patient was referred by another provider who has conducted an in-person evaluation and shared the patient’s records. Provides reimbursement parity for behavioral health conducted via telemedicine.
