Pharmacy Benefit Amendments. This bill amends provisions relating to pharmacies that are operated by or contract with a federally qualified health center. This bill prohibits certain actions by a pharmacy benefit manager or third party with respect to a federally qualified health center that participates in the 340B discount drug program.
