The engrossed measure permits a provider enrolled in the state’s Medicaid program to bill the Oklahoma Health Care Authority for services performed up to one year after the date of service. If a claim is initially denied, the provider may submit a subsequent claim up to one year after the original claim was denied; however, the provider may use this provision once per claim
