AN ACT EXPANDING MEDICAID COVERAGE OF TELEHEALTH SERVICES. To require the Commissioner of Social Services to expand Medicaid coverage of telehealth services state wide whenever such coverage meets federal Medicaid requirements for efficiency, economy and quality of care.
