MAKES TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO INDIVIDUAL HEALTH COVERAGE AND SMALL EMPLOYER HEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAMS AND TO NJ FAMILYCARE.  The bill clarifies language regarding transparency in broker commissions that was enacted in section 25 of P.L.2008, c.38 (C.17:22A-41.1), by specifying that the provisions only apply to the sale, solicitation, or negotiation of health benefits plans, rather than health insurance policies and contracts, as the section originally provided.
