RHODE ISLAND HEALTH BENEFIT EXCHANGE: Authorizes Rhode Island Health Exchange to seek waiver under Affordable Care Act to allow small business owners/sole proprietors to purchase health plans offered by Rhode Island Health Exchange.

Enacted as 42 R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-157-5.1.
