The Oregon Health and Science University and one or more entities, each of which operates at least three hospitals in a single urban area in this state, may apply to the Director of the Oregon Health Authority for approval of a cooperative program. The application shall include an executed written copy of all agreements for the cooperative program. See definition section Or. Rev. Stat. § 442.700.
