Hospitals and Health Care Facilities – As introduced, increases from 60 to 70 days the period within which the departments of health, mental health and substance abuse services, and intellectual and developmental disabilities must file a written report with the health services and development agency detailing findings of a review of an application for a certificate of need. – Amends TCA Title 4; Title 34; Title 42; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
