RELATING TO PHARMACY BENEFITS MANAGERS AND INFORMATION ON AND SALES OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS: Prohibits a pharmacy benefits manager from prohibiting a pharmacy or pharmacist from providing a beneficiary with information, or discussing with a beneficiary, the retail price of a prescription drug or the amount of the cost share for a prescription for which the beneficiary is responsible.
Enacted as Md. Code Ann., Ins. § 15-1611.
