Insurance; other; definition of telemedicine services; modify in the nonprofit health care corporation reform act. Amends sec. 401k of 1980 PA 350 (MCL 550.1401k). A group or nongroup health care corporation certificate must not require face-to-face contact between a health care professional and a patient for services appropriately provided through telemedicine, as determined by the health care corporation.
