Insurance; health insurers; amount of copay for behavioral health visits; limit. Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 – 500.8302) by adding sec. 3406v. A health insurance policy delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in this state that provides coverage for behavioral health services must not require an insured to pay more than a $5.00 co-pay per visit for behavioral health services.
