INS CODE-TELEHEALTH SERVICES. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that individual or group policies of accident or health insurance that cover telehealth services must provide coverage for telehealth services used to treat a mental, emotional, nervous, or substance use disorder or condition.
