Relating to reimbursement under certain health benefit plans for certain services and procedures performed by pharmacists. House Bill 3441 amends the Insurance Code to prohibit the denial of reimbursement under certain health benefit plans for services and procedures performed by a pharmacist that are within the scope of the pharmacist’s license and would be covered if the service or procedure were provided by a physician, an advanced practice nurse, or a physician assistant.
