CREATING THE HEALTH INSURANCE MODERNIZATION ACT: HB 3235, as introduced, requires every health benefit plan offered in Oklahoma to state within the policy every benefit, medical treatment and service offered, as well as the applicable deductible, coinsurance, and copayments.
