CREATING THE HEALTH INSURANCE MODERNIZATION ACT: HB 3235, as introduced, requires every health benefit plan offered in Oklahoma to state within the policy every benefit, medical treatment and service offered, as well as the applicable deductible, coinsurance, and copayments. The measure also requires plans to state which medical treatments or services are not covered, and provides that any treatment or service not specifically listed as not covered be treated as a similarly covered service
