To amend Chapter 2 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Department of Community Health, so as to provide for annual quality and payment reporting for health care plans and programs administered by the department; to amend Article 7 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to medical assistance generally, so as to include comprehensive dental and vision coverage under Medicaid for adults; to increase Medicaid reimbursement rates for primary care services; to provide for the submission of a state plan amendment or waiver, if necessary; to provide for related matters; to provide for contingent effectiveness; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
