Modifies provisions relating to health insurance policies sold in the state of Missouri. Provides that cost-sharing must be the same for services provided through telehealth as if the same services were provided in-person. Insurers shall reimburse providers for diagnosis, consultation, or treatment of an insured individual if services delivered through telehealth would be covered when provided in person. N/A to supplemental insurance. Coverage cannot be denied solely on the basis of delivery through telemedicine.
