An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as The Insurance Company Law of 1921, in casualty insurance, providing for insulin coverage. This bill would set a mandatory price cap on the monthly cost of insulin for patients at $100 a month and call upon the attorney general to investigate the choices made by pharmaceutical companies.
