Requires a health benefit plan to provide coverage and reimbursement for intraoperative neurophysiological telemedicine monitoring per hour on the same basis as coverage and reimbursement would be provided for in-person health services. Prohibits health benefit plan from limiting use of telemedicine for medically necessary procedures or requiring any form of utilization review to determine appropriateness of intraoperative neurophysiological telemedicine monitoring.
