Maryland Health Benefit Exchange – Establishment of Small Business Health Insurance Subsidies Program. Requiring the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, in consultation with the Maryland Insurance Commissioner and as approved by the Board of Trustees of the Exchange, to establish and implement a Small Business Health Insurance Subsidies Program to provide subsidies to employers for the purchase of health benefit plans offered on the Small Business Health Options Program Exchange; etc.
