PUBLIC AID-TECH. Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning ambulance services payments. Requires the department to increase the base rate of reimbursement for both base charges and mileage charges for ground ambulance service providers to a level not lower than 112% of the base rate in effect June 30, 2018.
