Ensuring equity in health coverage. This bill is proposing a health care program for all residents of Washington whose immigration status prevents them from qualifying for Medicaid programs. Requires Washington HCA to provide health care coverage to individuals who are at least 19 years old, have countable income at or below 133% of the federal poverty level (FPL), are not incarcerated, and are not eligible for Medicaid categorically needy (CN) medical assistance coverage.
