An Act relative to insurance co-pays: a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 531) of Colleen M. Garry relative to co-payments for any regular preventative screening or testing required by a physician. Notwithstanding any special or general law, or rule or regulation to the contrary, no health insurance plan shall require a co-pay for any regular preventative screening or testing required by a physician.
