Relative to telehealth healthcare coverage and digital equity for patients. Financial Services. Carriers shall not impose any prior authorization requirements to obtain medically necessary health services via telehealth that would not apply to the receipt of those same services on an in-person basis. Coverage for telehealth services shall not include a co-payment requirement for a health care service provided via telehealth.
