Statutes prohibit any person or corporation from directly or indirectly entering into an agreement to fix prices or restrict output. Statutes also prohibit corporations and its members from entering into combinations with other corporations and its members to fix prices or restrict output. Statutes prohibit any person or corporation from monopolizing or attempting to monopolize a business or restraining or attempting to restrain competition. Any violation of these statutes will result in a fine, if convicted.
