Restricts certain practices by carriers and pharmacy benefits managers related to medications and drugs. Place certainrequirements on carriers and pharmacy benefits managers in situations in which a covered person’s prescribed medication is switched to a medication other than that originally prescribed by the prescriber, including provisions about step therapy, therapeutic subsitution, and fail first practices.
