AUTHORIZES CERTAIN USES OF TELEMEDICINE AND TELEHEALTH IN FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY.  This bill provides that, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a life-threatening emergency is occurring at a facility for persons with developmental disabilities or persons with traumatic brain injury, facility staff members may use telemedicine or telehealth to assess and treat the suspected emergency.
