PRESCRIPTION DRUG COST TRANSPARENCY: Requires drug manufacturers selling medications in NY with a WAC of $1,000 for a 30 day supply and/or for which the price has increased more than three times the consumer price index, to file a report to the state with information with drug costs including development costs and profits attributable to the drug.
