Provides if the Congress of the United States repeals section 1003 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148, 42 U.S.C. § 300gg-94) or if the Supreme Court of the United States invalidates section 1003 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the commissioner shall transmit notice of that action to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
