The Covering All Kids Health Insurance Act was created to enable all children to access affordable health insurance that offers comprehensive coverage and emphasizes preventive healthcare. The Department shall adopt rules regarding performance standards and outcomes measures expected of organizations awarded grants under this section. Department may offer partial coverage to children who are enrolled in a high-deductible private health insurance plan. Statutes set forth cost-sharing requirements.
