INDIVIDUAL PROVIDER EMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION: Authorizes the department of social and health services to establish and implement an individual provider employment administrator program to provide personal care, respite care, and similar services to individuals with functional impairments under programs authorized through the Medicaid state plan or Medicaid waiver authorities and similar state funded in-home care programs.
