Requires reimbursement parity for Medicaid services provided via telehealth. Change provisions of the Medical Assistance Act: This bill removes ground emergency medical transport (GEMT) services under Medicaid from managed care and makes it a fee-for-service reimbursement. The bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to submit a state plan amendment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to provide the supplemental reimbursement rate for emergency ground transport services. The bill provides for a five percent administrative fee.
