PROHIBITS PENALTIES FOR DISCLOSURE BY PHARMACISTS OF CERTAIN PRESCRIPTION DRUG COST INFORMATION: Bans the practice known informally as the “gag rule on pharmacists” by prohibiting penalties on pharmacists for disclosure of certain information on the cost of prescription drugs.
