AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 65-6230; concerning the health care compact. HB 2029 would repeal KSA 65-6230 which is known as the Health Care Compact. Member states of the Health Care Compact pledge to take action to secure the consent of the United States Congress to return the authority to regulate health care to the states.
