TRANSPARENCY AND COST CONTROL OF PHARMACEUTICAL DRUG PRICES : This bill requires the commissioner of the department of health and human services, in consultation with the insurance commissioner, to develop a list of certain critical prescription drugs for purposes of cost control and transparency. Under this bill, the commissioner shall make an annual report on prescription drugs and their role in overall health care spending in the New Hampshire.
