Requires health plans/ carriers to submit a list of average reimbursement rates for average inpatient day or the 25 most common inpatient procedures based upon the most commonly reported DRGs. The commissioner will post the information submitted, ensuring that the website and information that displays the information is easy to navigate and has consumer-friendly language.
