Provides that every policy of accident and health insurance amended, delivered, issued, or renewed after the effective date of the amendatory Act that provides coverage for prescription drugs shall provide for synchronization of prescription drug refills on at least one occasion per insured per year provided that certain conditions are met. Requires insurers to provide prorated daily cost-sharing rates when necessary.
