About: Megan O'Leary, Student Fellow

Megan O’Leary, a rising 3L, is a native of the Bay Area and received her BA in Politics with a minor in Philosophy from Saint Mary’s College of California. In addition to her work with the Source, she has been a staff editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal, a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law II, and a clinical law student with the UC Hastings Community Justice Medical-Legal Partnership for Seniors clinic. She has interned with the Fraud Liaison Bureau of the California Department of Insurance and represented the department in an administrative hearing. Prior to law school, Megan was a legal assistant at Phillips & Cohen LLP where she learned about whistleblower lawsuits brought under the False Claims Act. Megan likes to spend her free time with friends and family and enjoys coaching youth volleyball and basketball.
